What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept local checks.

Do you ship/deliver?

Delivery is available on all purchases!

We use FedEx, UPS, or Freightquotes for all of our shipping business and can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and shipping options available at that time. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item will include any packaging and palletizing. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

My item arrived damaged!

Do not accept any delivery that has been damaged. If you find damage after you accept delivery, contact the freight line immediately. Please do NOT call us because there is nothing we can do at that point. There is a time limit in which you can file a damage claim.

What is your return policy?

Our equipment has been tested by our technicians and any repairs necessary have been done to insure the correct operation of the unit. The unit includes a thirty (30) day warranty from time of acceptance. 

If within the warranty period the unit malfunctions, call us at (336) 676-9777 immediately. We will then dispatch a service technician to your location as soon as possible to take care of the problem.

If the problem is deemed unfixable for some reason, we will replace the unit when possible or issue store credit for the purchase price. No cash refunds will be made.

Can I sell my old equipment?

If you have restaurant equipment you no longer need, we can buy it outright or you can trade it in for equipment you do need. We will look at your restaurant equipment and make you a fair offer (usually the next day). After arrangements have been made, we will come and pick up the restaurant equipment.

I have a concession truck/trailer. What services are available?

Equipment installation, lines run & hook up, propane tank & regulators installed.

Conversions?

Gas cooking equipment converted from natural gas to propane gas or from propane gas to natural gas.

We have a large selection of used restaurant furniture, such as tables, chairs, booths, pub tables, bar stools and high chairs. Visit our warehouse to shop.
